An unboxing video is strictly mandatory in all circumstances. Upon receipt of your order, an unboxing video must be recorded and submitted to official WhatsApp channels.

Products shall only be eligible for replacement in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or damage sustained during transit, as evidenced by the aforementioned unboxing video.

Please note that under no circumstances will refunds be issued. Any issues reported without accompanying video evidence will not be entertained.
